An Online International Conference organized by the Institute of Translation at the University of Algiers 2
Diplomatic Translation/Interpreting does not receive the recognition it deserves. Over the last two centuries, diplomatic relations have evolved from secret negotiations to diplomacy by conference. Interpreters were vital in this asymmetric diplomacy by conference which expanded thanks to the increasingly technical character of international relations.
